Lancer Square redevelopment is a new mixed use development consisting of circa 7,000 m2 office space, 2,800 m2 retail and 50 residential units.

Arc Group carried out the high-end complete fit-out of offices & apartments, toilets, changing rooms and associated plant. Working with multiple stakeholders was a challenge, but we were open, transparent and communicated frequently with all parties to ensure a well respected outcome.

Our Waterproofing Division also carried out the roofing and landscaping works to create a bespoke rooftop living area.
